Publishing
My intention is to publish n-2 versions of this on the Internet and charge a nominal fee for access to the most current live version. The member site will use an authentication system and also check for multiple logins.
I am also debating making this document actually just open source and relying on donations. The advantage may be more contributions from the community.
Contributions
Contributions fall into the Bonsai Framework under my (Tin Pham) control.
In the case of significant contributions, for example, versioning shows you wrote and maintain over 75% of the content, that content falls under a shared license where you may make a fork of the content for your own purposes.
