Profit Sharing
The model that everyone seems to agree is profit designation should be within reason. However, in the event of confusion if there is any disagreement the following model will be used.
Publishing
In the case of publishing 50% of the profit must allocated to the authors of the respective authors based on the percentage of contribution to the published material.
Consulting
In the case of consulting there will be a 5% cost that will go back to the authors based on percentage of contribution to the material used for the contract by the consultant.
