Change IP of database server from 10.0.3.20 to 10.0.3.21 for more consistency in naming convention. Note I checked and confluence.cfg.xml references by dnsmasq name.

Using Admin section - Manage add-ons
Main License - no issues now expiring Jul 22, 2018
Gliffy Diagrams - upgraded inline through "Manage add-ons" but got following error,
"This add-on installed successfully, but it is incompatible with your Confluence version. Features and functionality might be limited. Note: This add-on might be functional, but one or more modules is missing dependencies. Features and functionality may be limited."
Then clicked update in Manage add-ons" for Gliffy and it resolved per help provided.
Questions - same experience as Gliffy Diagrams
