Updated Java to JRE 1.7.0_09-b05.
Checking against a brand new 4.3.2 the following user-installed plugins are probably no longer relevant so they have been disabled and will be removed completely in the future,
- Advanced Macros
- Basic Macros
- Confluence HTML Macros
Actually, will wait to setup a 4.3.3 version to verify the plugin list. There's also new items in 4.3.2 that are not showing up in this wiki.
