May 11, 2012 - Upgraded to Confluence 4.2.2 and migrated to Ubuntu 12
Tin installed Ubuntu 12 on net new VM, tinh0v01app. Roderick,
- Migrated data and setup services to match tinh0v00app,
- Installed Confluence 4.2, and updated JDBC4 postgres drivers to 9.1-902.
- After verifying the Confluence data was migrated properly, upgraded to Confluence 4.2.2
- Migrated over DNS for all sites
- Turned off Web Server on tinh0v00app (system should not be wiped out until Tin says it is ok)
