Publishing

I have considered the idea of publishing n-2 versions of this on the Internet and charge a nominal fee for access to the most current live version. The member site would use an authentication system and also check for multiple logins.

I am also debating making this document Open Source and relying on donations. The key advantage with Open Source may be more contributions to improve the articles... however, the majority of open source participants are programmers and generally notorious for not documenting.

Contributions

All contributions (which includes reader comments) that is not otherwise licensed, fall into the Bonsai Framework license under my (Tin Pham) control.
