Change IP of database lxc server from 10.0.3.20 to 10.0.3.21 for more consistency in naming convention. Note I checked and confluence.cfg.xml references by dnsmasq name.

Icons in macro browser and various other places like admin missing. Fixed majority of macro browser icons by flushing in Cache Management,

1. Clear <Confluence-Installation>/work directory and restart Confluence
2. Check the server base URL configuration at Admin > General Configuration > Server Base URL
3. Navigate to Confluence Admin >> Cache Management screen and click Flush All

But the Space Tools icons and some macro browser icons are are still missing. Further to the resolution article, there is another step to "clear Confluence plugins cache", but given migration to Azure, we'll leave it for now. Likely migration of data itself will resolve issue.
